Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI ( Listing Obliation & Disclosure Requirements) Regulaions 2015, and in continuation of our submissionof outcome of board meeting we infrom you that the board of directors at its meetign held on Monday, 12th August, 2024, based on recommendaton of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved appointment of Directors, as under subject to necessary approvals of the sharesholders at the ensuing the 32nd AGM of the Company :- 1) Intimation of Completion of tensure of Independent Directors of the Company: 2) Appoitment of Independed Non Executive Directors of the Company.
