No.099/03.10.001/2018-19 dated 16 May 2019 issued by the Reserve Bank of India, the Board of Directors of the Company vide resolution passed on 01 October 2020, appointed Mr. Mohit Raghunath Mairal as the Chief Risk Officer ('CRO') of the Company with effect from 1 October 2020 for a period of 5 years, in place of Mr. Nataraj Puroshathaman who has resigned as CRO with effect from end of business hours on 30 September 2020.<BR> <BR> Request you to kindly take the above on record
