We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today i.e. Sunday, 14 August 2022, has inter-alia, considered and approved issue of Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) for an amount not exceeding INR 3,000 crore on private placement basis, during a year from the date and subject to approval of the shareholders of the Company, and authorised the Debenture Committee to determine and approve the detailed terms and conditions of the NCDs to be issued.
