| Dear Sir/ Madam, In compliance with the requirements of Section 91 and Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 10 and Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, applicable circulars issued by Ministry of Corporate Affairs and Secretarial Standard on General Meetings, please find enclosed the newspaper clippings of publication made in Free Press Journal (English Daily) and Navshakti (Marathi Daily), inter-alia informing the following: 1. The 13th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company ('AGM') is scheduled to be held on Thursday, September 29, 2022 through Video Conferencing / Other Audio Visual Means; 2. The manner in which Members can attend the AGM and can cast their vote on resolutions proposed in the notice convening the AGM through remote e-voting and e-voting during the AGM; and 3.
