Dear Sir/ Madam,<BR> <BR> We wish to inform you that the Company on 19 November 2020, allotted 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand) equity shares of the Company of face value of INR 10/- (Rupees Ten only) each pursuant to exercise of 15,000 stock options under IndoStar ESOP Plan 2016.<BR> <BR> The paid-up equity share capital of the Company has accordingly increased from INR 1,23,21,53,290/- to INR 1,23,23,03,290/-.<BR> <BR> Request you to kindly take the above on record.
