This is with reference to the BSE Circular Ref. No. LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 02nd April, 2019, we wish to inform you that in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, Monitor and report trading in Company's Securities by Insiders Framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for all Designated Persons, their immediate relatives and all connected persons (as defined in the Code) w.e.f 1st July, 2022 for the purpose of consideration of Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the Un-Audited Financial Results for the quarter ended 30th June, 2022, become generally available.
