| We would like to inform that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Tuesday, May 30, 2023 inter alia considered and approved the following: 1.Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results and Auditors' Report on the Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities as at March 31, 2023 and Statement of Cash Flow for the year ended on March 31, 2023. In this connection and pursuant to the applicable provisions of SEBI Listing Regulations, we are pleased to enclose the following: 1.Audited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results; 2.Independent Auditors' Report dated May 30, 2023 on the Statement of Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results; 3.Declaration on unmodified opinion on Auditors' Report, pursuant to Regulation 33(3)(d) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
