| In compliance with Regulation 30 and 33 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing the following for the fourth quarter (Q4) and financial year ended March 31, 2022: ? Audited consolidated financial results as per Ind-AS; ? Audited standalone financial results as per Ind-AS; ? Auditor's reports on the aforesaid financial results along with Declaration on Auditor's Reports with unmodified opinion pursuant to SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016. The above financial results have been reviewed by the Audit & Risk Management Committee in its meeting held today i.e., May 5, 2022 and based on its recommendation, approved by the Board of Directors in its meeting held today i.e., May 5, 2022.
