Pursuant to Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations, this is to inform you that on the recommendation of HR, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on May 5, 2022, has re-appointed Ms. Anita Kapur as Independent Director of the Company for a second term of five years w.e.f. January 17, 2023, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing General Meeting. Pursuant to Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015, details of Ms. Anita Kapur are enclosed as Annexure A.
