| Pursuant to Regulation 30(2) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that the Board in its meeting held on February 14, 2023 has approved the following: 1. Resignation of Mr. Kamlesh Kumar Agrawal as Group Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. close of business hours of February 16, 2023; 2. Appointment of Mr. Ajit Kumar Mishra as Group Chief Financial Officer and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. February 17, 2023; 3. Appointment of Mr. Rajev Adlakha as Chief Executive Officer - NBFC Operations and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. February 14, 2023; and 4. Mrs. Cumi Banerjee will continue to remain the CEO & Company Secretary and Key Managerial Personnel for Secretarial, Legal and Administrative functions of the Company. | |
