Pursuant to regulation 30 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (LODR) regulations 2015 and in furtherance to our letter dated 10th April 2024, we wish to inform you that Sharon Bio- Medicine Limited (material subsidiary of the company) has successfully registered the land situated at Khasra no. 1031 & 1032, Central Hope town, Selaqui, Dehradun, Uttrakhand in the name of Sharon Bio-Medicine Limited including payment of all stamp duty and fees to relevant authority.
