We wish to inform you that the Twenty First Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the members of Innovators Facade Systems Limited was held on Wednesday, 30th September, 2020 at 11.00 a.m. through Video Conferencing/ Other Audio Visual Means, where all the resolutions as set out in the Notice convening the said AGM have been transacted and passed with requisite majority by the members.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 44(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed the consolidated results of remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM, as 'Annexure A' along with the consolidated Scrutinizer's Report dated 01st October, 2020 attached as 'Annexure B'.<BR>
