We would like to inform you that, as per the Company's Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Employees and other Connected Persons under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended) ( 'PIT Regulations'), the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Company shall remain closed from 01st April, 2020 till completion of 48 hours after the audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter ending on 31st March, 2020 are submitted to the Stock Exchanges.<BR> <BR> The same has been intimated to all the directors, officers and designated employees of the Company.<BR> <BR> We request you to kindly take the above information on record.<BR>
