Inox Wind Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We would like to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Inox Wind Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, 12th February, 2021, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2020.<BR> <BR> Further, in terms of provisions of the Company's 'Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by its Designated Persons and others' framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by its Designated Persons, was closed from 1st January, 2021 and will end 48 hours after the financial results are submitted to the Stock Exchanges on 12th February, 2021.<BR>
