This has reference to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 read with Clause 9 of the Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders of the Company.<BR> <BR> The Stock Exchange and the Insiders are hereby informed that the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company by Insiders of the Company shall remain closed from October 1, 2021 till 48 hours after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter and Half Year ended 30th September, 2021. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the Unaudited Financial results of the Company for the quarter and Half year ending September 30, 2021 will be intimated separately.<BR> <BR> Insiders are hereby advised not to carry out any transaction in the Shares of the Company during this period.<BR>
