| With reference to the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that, as required in terms of Regulation 30, 33 and other applicable<BR> provisions of Listing Regulations, the board of directors of Inspirisys Solutions Limited at its meeting held on 9th November, 2021 has inter alia <BR> <BR> 1. Considered and approved the Standalone and Consolidated Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and year to date ended 30th September, 2021 along with the Statement of Assets and Liabilities and Cash Flow Statement on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.<BR> <BR> 2.
