Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Mr. Malcolm F. Mehta has tendered his resignation as Chairman & Chief Executive Officer and as a Director of the Company due to personal reasons and other pre-occupation. Mr. Malcolm F. Mehta will be relieved from the services of the Company effective from 31st October, 2022. Information as required under Regulation 30 - Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 is annexed herewith.
