In terms of Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), we wish to inform you that based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors have passed a Circular Resolution today, i.e. on 12th May, 2021, approving appointment of Ms. Shilpy Chopra (DIN: 07161915) (Non-Executive Independent Woman Director)' on the Board of Directors of the Company with effect from 12th May, 2021 for a term of 5 (five) years, i.e., upto 11th May, 2026, subject to approval of the Shareholders of the Company.
