Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby informed that the South Indian Bank vide its letter dated 17 March 2021 has sanctioned the proposal of One Time<BR> Settlement (OTS) towards total dues of Rs. 2.77 Crores for a consolidated agreed amount of Rs. 1.17 Crores to be paid in installments by 31st March 2021.
