Pursuant to the provisions of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (as amended from time to time) and the Company's Insider Trading Rules, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed for all Designated Persons and their immediate relatives after the closure of Trading hours on BSE on 30th September, 2022. The Trading Window shall open 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter ended on 30th September, 2022, to the Stock Exchange.
