Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that the shareholders at their 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) held on September 30, 2021 at 3.30.P.M. through video conferencing has approved the following Resolutions: <BR> <BR> 1. Alteration of object clause of the Memorandum of Association of the Company. <BR> 2. Alteration of the Registered office clause pursuant to the Shifting of Registered office from 'State of Maharashtra'' to 'State of Telangana<BR> <BR> Further, the brief details of Alteration of Memorandum is as required under Regulation 30 read with Part A of the Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 are annexed herewith marked as Annexure - I and Annexure - II respectively.
