Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company have approved change in situation of the Registered Office of the Company within the local limits of the city i.e. New Delhi with effect from October 15, 2020 from 'Central Wing, Ground Floor, Thapar House, 124 Janpath, New Delhi-110001' to 'Upper Ground Floor, Thapar House, Gate No. 2, Western Wing, 124 Janpath, New Delhi - 110001'. The Company is in the process of filing the necessary form to intimate the said change to the Registrar of Companies, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.
