IP Rings Limited is intimating the signing of the Joint Venture agreement dated 09th September 2021 [04:30 PM IST] with Eminox, United Kingdom to establish a Technical Centre Joint Venture in India. The salient features of the said agreement have been enclosed herewith. This is in pursuance to our earlier intimation to the BSE dated May 29, 2021 on signing a formal MOU with this regard.<BR> <BR> The approval authorizing Mr. Ram Venkataramani to sign the said agreement was obtained at the Board meeting held on August 02, 2021.
