Gokhale & Sathe, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 103264W), as Joint Statutory Auditors of the Company to hold office from the conclusion of 22nd Annual General Meeting (AGM) till the conclusion of 27th AGM of the Company, subject to the approval of the members of the Company.
