Please note that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 18, 2020 has recommended Final Dividend of Rs. 5/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year ended March 31, 2020. The Company has fixed Friday, July 17, 2020 as the Record Date for determining entitlement of members to final dividend. If the final dividend as recommended by the Board of Directors is approved at the Annual General Meeting (AGM), payment of such dividend, subject to deduction of tax at source, will be made on or before Friday, August 14, 2020. <BR>
