In compliance of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and as per the 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Insiders and Code of Practices and Procedures for Fair Disclosure of Unpublished Price Sensitive Information' of the Company ('Company's Code'), the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company shall remain closed for all the 'Designated Persons' including their immediate relatives and 'Insiders' as defined in the Company's Code and for every person as defined in the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 with effect from Saturday, 1st January, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of un-audited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2021. The date of the Board meeting would be intimated in due course. Kindly take the same on record.
