In terms of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we write to advise that the Company on 30th June, 2022 issued and allotted 1,46,85,760 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each, upon exercise of 14,68,576 Options by Optionees under the Company's Employee Stock Option Schemes. Consequently, with effect from 30th June, 2022, the Issued and Subscribed Share Capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1233,79,41,691/- divided into 1233,79,41,691 Ordinary Shares of Re. 1/- each.
