In continuation to our letter dated 07th December 2022, this is to inform that pursuant to Government of India Order no. E-5-2/2021-PSA dated 07th December 2022, Lt Gen M Unnikrishnan Nair, AVSM, SM, Signal Officer-in-Chief (DIN: 09826740), is appointed as Government Director on the Board of the Company w.e.f. 16th December 2022 for a period of three years or till the date of superannuation or till further orders, whichever is earliest. The brief profile of Lt Gen M Unnikrishnan Nair is enclosed as Annexure. Lt Gen M Unnikrishnan Nair is not related to any Director of the Company Lt Gen M Unnikrishnan Nair has affirmed that he is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority.
