| The Government of India vide Order no. E-14-3/2022-PSA dated 20.02.2023, has appointed Shri Rajesh Rai (DIN: 10052045), General Manager (GM), Mahanagar Telephone Nigam Limited (MTNL) to the post of Chairman and Managing Director of ITI Limited for a period of five years with effect from the date of his assumption of charge of the post i.e. 21.02.2023 (F/N), till the date of his superannuation, or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. In accordance with Government of India order dated 20.02.2023, Shri Rakesh Chandra Tiwari, Director Marketing has relinquished the additional charge of the post of Chairman and Managing Director w.e.f. 21st February 2023 (F/N). The brief profile of Shri Rajesh Rai is enclosed herewith. Shri Rajesh Rai is not related with any of the Directors of the Company. We affirm that Shri Rajesh Rai is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority. | |
