| This is to inform that, the Government of India vide order no. E-14-4/2021-PSA dated 28th February 2023, had entrusted the additional charge of the post of Director (HR) of ITI Limited to Smt Jeyanthi S, General Manager (PP), ITI Limited for a period of 1 (One) year with effect from the date of her assumption of charge of the post or till the regularly selected candidate joins the post or until further orders, whichever is the earliest. Accordingly, Smt Jeyanthi S (DIN: 10059174), assumed additional charge as Director (HR) of ITI Limited w.e.f the afternoon of 28th February, 2023. The brief profile of Smt Jeyanthi S is enclosed herewith. Smt Jeyanthi S is not related with any of the Directors of the Company. We affirm that Smt Jeyanthi S is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any other such authority.
