| This is to inform that, Smt S Shanmuga Priya (Company Secretary & Compliance Officer) has resigned from the services of the Company w.e.f the afternoon of 09th March, 2023, due to personal reasons and pursuing other career opportunities. The Competent Authority has accepted her resignation and has relieved her from the responsibilities w.e.f the afternoon of 09.03.2023. Shri Rajeev Srivastava, Director Finance and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company, an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Membership No.: A49637) would be in charge of the compliance functions of the Company for SEBI and Stock Exchange purposes till a suitable candidate is appointed as the Compliance Officer for SEBI and Stock Exchange purposes.
