| ITL INDUSTRIES LTD.-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/03/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam, Pursuant to Regulation 29 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby intimate you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Thursday, 30th March, 2023 at 2.30 P.M. at the Registered Office of the Company, inter alia to transact the following businesses :- 1. To approve appointment of Cost Auditor of the Company. 2. Any other item may be taken up for consideration with the permission of the Chairman and with the consent of a majority of the Directors present in the Meeting, which shall include at least one Independent Director, if any.
