Based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e., 11th November, 2021, have approved the appointment of Mr. Anwar Chauhan (DIN: 00322114) as an Additional Director (Non-Executive, Non-Independent) to hold office of Director upto the date of ensuing Annual General Meeting of the Company. (Annexure A) <BR> The abovementioned Director is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of Securities and Exchange Board of India or any such other authority in accordance with circular dated June 20, 2018 issued by Stock Exchanges.
