| Pursuant to Regulations 30 and 34 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, ('Listing Regulations'), as amended, the Notice convening the 45th Annual General Meeting of the Members of the Company ('AGM') and the Annual Report of the Company for the financial year 2020-21 are enclosed herewith.<BR> <BR> The AGM will be held on Friday, September 24, 2021 at 12:00 Noon through Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM) in accordance with the relevant circulars issued by the MCA and the SEBI.<BR> <BR> The Company has dispatched the Notice and the Annual Report to the shareholders today i.e. on Monday, August 30, 2021 . <BR> <BR> The cut-off date for determining the eligibility of Members to vote by remote e-voting or voting at the AGM is Thursday, September 16, 2021. <BR> <BR> The remote e-voting will commence on Tuesday, September 21, 2021 (9:00 a.m. IST) and ends on Thursday, September 23, 2021 (5:00 p.m. IST).<BR> <BR> Kindly take the same in your record.<BR> Thanking You. | |
