IST at Rotary Sadan(Shripati Singhania Hall), 94/2 Chowringhee Road, Kolkata - 700020. In this regard we are submitting the summary of proceedings of the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the Company pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Part A of Schedule III of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015. The Consolidated Scrutinizer's Report on the remote e-voting and voting at the EGM along with the Voting Results based upon the said Scrutinizer's Report shall be sent to you as soon as the said Report is received by the Company.
