This bears reference to earlier letter dated June 22, 2020, intimating the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company to consider and approve audited financial results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020.<BR> It is informed that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company was held today at 4:00 p.m. at the head office of the Company and the following businesses amongst others were transacted thereat:<BR> 1. Approval of audited financial results on standalone basis of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2020 in accordance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and taken on record the Independent Audit Report of the Auditors on the same (copy attached).<BR>
