Pursuant to Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, April 01, 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of audited financial results (standalone) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2023. During the aforementioned period of closure of trading window, the (i) Directors, (ii) Promoters, (iii) CEO and Employee upto 2 level below, and (iv) IT and Secretarial Staff and Immediate Relatives of all the foregoing classes of person/s, will not enter into any transaction/s involving the securities of the Company.
