Dear Sir/ Madam,<BR> Pursuant to Company's Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Wednesday, July 01, 2020 till the expiry of 48 hours after the declaration of financial results( standalone) for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.<BR> The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 will be intimated in due course.<BR> Newspaper publication of Notice intimating the date of the Board Meeting whereat financial results of the Company (standalone and consolidated) for the quarter ended June 30, 2020 shall be considered for approval, as per the requirements of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, will be published after due intimation thereof to BSE whereat securities of the Company are listed. <BR>
