In terms of Clause 33(3)(d) of Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023, as approved by the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held on 9th May, 2023, alongwith Reports of Statutory Auditors - M/s. Lodha & Company, Chartered Accountants, New Delhi. Further, we would like to state that Statutory Auditors of the Company have issued Audit Reports with modified opinion on both the Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results. Accordingly, in terms of Regulation 30/33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, a Statement on Impact of Audit Qualifications is also enclosed. The meeting commenced at 3.30 P.M. and concluded at 7.10 P.M.
