This is with reference to the captioned letters regarding the movement in price of Shares of the Bank. In this regard, it is to inform you that Jammu and Kashmir Bank Ltd. has always disclosed to the Stock Exchanges all such information which the Bank has been in possession and which is required to be disclosed to the Stock Exchanges.<BR> <BR> All the material information, that has a bearing on the operation/performance of the Bank which include all price sensitive information under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 have been disclosed by the Bank within the stipulated time frame. Further, the Bank has always provided timely information sought by the Stock Exchanges.<BR> <BR> Hence, any movement in price of the Shares of the Bank is apparently market driven and the Bank has no control on the same.<BR>
