Considered and approved the Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR> 2. Received the limited review report from statutory auditor with respect to unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results of Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021. <BR> 3. Declared an Interim Dividend of Rs. [Insert] per equity shares of nominal value of Rs. 1 each for the financial year 2021-22 and fixed Tuesday, November 23, 2021 as record date for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the un-audited financial results along with limited review report for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2021.<BR>
