| Jamna Auto Industries Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 21, 2022, through Video/ Audio Conferencing, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results and Financial Statements of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022 and to consider and recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22, subject to approval of members of the Company.<BR><BR>Further, in terms of provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company's Code of Conduct for insider trading & fair disclosure, the trading window closure period for dealing in securities of the Company by the insiders has commenced from April 01, 2022 and the same will open 48 hours after the quarterly financial results are filed to the stock exchanges on May 21, 2022. | |
