| Jamshri Realty Ltd-has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve We wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, the 14th February,2023, at 601-B, 6th floor, Motimahal, 195, J.T. Road, Backbay Reclamation, Churchgate, Mumbai 400020 at 12.00 noon (S.T.) to consider inter-alia the following business: To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and Nine Months ended on 31st December ,2022. Further the 'Trading window' for dealing/trading in securities of the Company by insider shall remain closed from 1st Jan ,2023 till 16th February , 2023 (both days inclusive) i.e. till the completion of 2(Two) working days after the declaration of Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the 3rd quarter and Nine months ended 31st December , 2022.
