Under Regulation 30 of the SEBI(LODR) Regulations,2015, we are pleased to provide an update on the ongoing developments a JAMSHRI REALTY LIMITED. Our campus is being developed into High Street Retail, Commercial, Hospitality, and IT Hub, and is already home to brands like ZUDIO, START BAZAR, WESTSIDE, Mr.DIY, and ITeS workspace by the Mahindra Group. Further ongoing developments include: *We have tied up with CONNPLEX, a leading miniplex operator, for a 4-Screen cinema subject to necessary approvals from the local authority. *We are also in negotiations with international brands like Adidas and Samsung for space at our campus. The completed Jam Mills project will feature a food court, gaming zone, cinema, and a dedicated space for arts and cultural festivals showcasing local talent in music, arts, and culture, aligning with our vision of creating a vibrant urban destination.
