Allotment of 76,52,000 (Seventy Six Lacs Fifty Two Thousand) equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten only) each as fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 4:3 i.e. Four bonus equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up- for every Three existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- each Fully paid up further the fraction in shares shall be rounded of the nearest digit, to the eligible members whose name appear in the register of members/ list of beneficial owners as on November 28, 2022, being the record date fixed for this purpose.
