We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company had considered and approved inter-alia the following matters in its Board Meeting held today i.e. 30th April, 2022 commenced at 11:30 AM and concluded at 2.00 PM: The Board of Directors recommended a dividend @ 25% i.e. Rs. 1.25 per share (on fully paid up equity share of Rs. 5/- each) for the year ended 31st March, 2022.
