This is to inform you that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company's 'Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor, and report trading by Insiders', the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is being closed on and from 1st October, 2022 and would re-open after the expiry of 48 hours from the announcement of the financial results for the quarter & half-year ended 30th September, 2022 by the Board of Directors of the Company. The date of Board Meeting for considering the said financial results for the quarter & half-year ended 30th September, 2022 shall be intimated in due course.
