Jayant Agro Organics Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2022, inter alia, to take on record, the Audited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022, and to consider and recommend declaration of dividend on equity shares, if any, for the Financial Year 2021-2022 at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting.<BR><BR>Further, pursuant to the Company''s intimation dated March 30, 2022, the Trading Window for dealing in Equity Shares of the Company by any "Insider" covered under Revised Code for Prevention of Insider Trading in Securities of Jayant Agro-Organics Limited, is closed from April 01, 2022 to June 01, 2022 (both days inclusive) for the aforesaid purpose.
