Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('SEBI Listing Regulations'), we would like to inform that the Company has entered into Memorandum of Understanding with M/s Jhajharia Nirman Limited on Saturday, July 30, 2022 for a proposed Joint Venture for EPC contracts floated by Indian railways. The details required under regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015 read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 with respect to Proposed Joint Venture would be provided by the Company later at the time of entering the Joint venture Agreement.
