| We are pleased to inform you that the long term pending disputes between the Company and its Employees/ Workmen has been amicably settled and in this regard the Company has entered into Memorandum of Settlement ('Memorandum') dated 02nd September, 2022 with its Terminated and Retrenched Employees/Workmen and Resigned Employees/Workmen. The Company has entered into settlement of the total dues, including additional compensation, aggregating to `851.52 lakhs payable in two installments (50% amount immediately on execution of Memorandum and balance 50% within 45 days of payment of first installment) to its Terminated and Retrenched Employees/Workmen and payment of `169.48 lakhs, including additional compensation, to its Resigned Employees/Workmen immediately on execution of Memorandum. In this regard both the parties have agreed upon to withdraw all the cases, litigations or legal proceedings before any Court, forum or statutory authority. | |
